Bali Jatra Now in Bhubaneswar, Banks of Kuakhai river

Odisha Very famous festival Bali Jatra is firstly started from Cuttack in Gadagadia Ghata of the Mahanadi river. This Bali Jatra festival is celebrated on odia month Kartik Purnima. Now a days Bali Jatra festival is celebrated at Cuttack and Paradip. But Odisha state govt Yesterday decided to starting the maritime glory of Odisha the Bali Jatra at Bhubaneswar in Barimunda village. After this declaration by Odisha govt now Bali Jatra will happening at 3 places that are Cuttack, Paradip and Bhubaneswar.

As per the information this festival is going to happen in Bhubaneswar 1100 year old Shaivite shrine Nilakantheswar temple at Barimunda village. Also in Bhubaneswar this festival is going to planned in around 150 acre land where 500 different stalls can add their. Nearest places 72 villages with 45 Puja Committees are started work for success of Bhubaneswar Bali Jatra that is going to start first time after Paradip.
